Real Change in a Complex World 4 virtual meetings, 90 min. every 2 weeks Co-facilitated by guest change management expert Jean-Marie Bonthous, Ph.D., and executive advisor and group facilitator Manuelle Charbonneau, Ph.D. We discuss in the changes you are leading, the changes in your larger organization and context which you may want to influence (or not), how change is filled with opportunities for career and business growth, but also with opportunities for derailment, misunderstandings, and stress.
