Dr. Manuelle Charbonneau brings over 25 years of C-suite advisory, leadership development, coaching, and consulting experience to her work with senior leaders, partners, and high potentials. A bicultural and bilingual dual citizen of France and the US, she consults in both languages, in person and via state of-the-art video conferencing, to clients dispersed around the world.

She then spent over a decade internally in charge of leadership development for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the $1.6B water wholesaler for the region.

Her doctoral dissertation pioneered the research on the use of technology in executive coaching and has been used as a reference worldwide.
Manuelle served as a board member of the Los Angeles Organization Development Network and a member of the Consulting Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association, where she has been a repeat national conference presenter. She is currently on the advisory board for the UK-based Managing Partners Forum.
